In the Supreme Court of Appeals today a writ of error and supersedeas was al? lowed in the case of the Chesapease and Ohio against Wills, from the Cir? cuit Court of the county of Orange. Wills was a passenger at Orange, had a mileage book, and when he boarded the train of the defendant company he discovered that he was on the wrong train. He attempted to alight and fell, and thus lost a leg.
