Mr. Hooker said mat | his insurance rale had been increas? ed and that he attributed the addition? al tax to the presence of the oil tanks. Mr. H. W Sounders, an Insurance man. told the council that the oil tanks did not increase the rates ?' insurance to any great degree . Rescind Action.
