SCHOOL EXHIBITION. An interesting and pleasing exhibition was afforded oar citizens last evening by the pupils of the Wolcott Institute. The Court-House was densely crowded, and the performances were highly creditable to the , scholars and their able instructor. FOREIGN NEWS The steamer Arago arrived at New York on Mon day, with London dates to the 20th. Itaat.—The outbreak at Massa Cafrarawas com , pletely suppressed. Twenty arrests were made.— Four of the persons arrested who belonged to a Maz zini society had been sentenced to imprisonment in irons, two for life, and the others for terms of 10 and 2& years. Three million ball cartridges are ordered by telegraph to be sent from Cologne to Italy. Spain.—The intelligence is to the 26th. The rev olution is nearly suppressed. Gerona had been exe cuted by Gen. Euiz, and the militia were hastening to give up their arms. Ruiz with other chiefs had fled to France. Later intelligence however state that Malaga and Granada had pronounced against O’Donnell, and the Eoyoi troops had joined the movement. China.—Advices from China state that the revolu- | tion was progressing. Sixty-five rebels were behead ed-lit China in one day. The Greatest Medical Discovery of the Age! Mr. Kennedy, of Uoxbury, has discovered in one of ©nr common Pasture Weeds, a remedy that cures retry kind of humor, from the worst Scrofula down to a common Pimple. He has tried it in over eleven hundred cases, and never failed except in two cases, (both thunder humor.) He has now in his possession over two hundred certificates of its value, ail within twenty miles of Boston. Two bottles is warranted to cure a nursing sore j mouth. One to three bottles will cure the worst kind of pimples on the face. Two or three bottles will clear tlic system of biles. Two bottles is warranted to cure the worst canker in the mouth and stomach. Three to five bottles is warranted to cure the worst case of erysipelas. One to two bottles is warranted to cure all humor i In the eyes. Two bottles is warranted to cure running of the ears and blotches among the lmir. Four to six bottles is warranted to cure corrupt and running ulcers. One bottle will cure scaly eruptions of the skin. Two to three- bottles is warranted to cure the worst case of ringworm. Two to three bottles is warranted toenre the most! desperate case of rheumatism. Throe to four bottles is warranted to cure salt rheum. Five to eight bottles will cure the worst case of scrofula. A benefit is always experienced from the first bottle, and a perfect cure is warranted when the above quanti ty is taken. Nothing looks so improbable to those who have in • vain tried nil the wonderful medicines of the day, as that a common weed, growing on the pastures and along old stone walls, should cure every humor in the system, yet it is now a fixed fact, if you have a humor it has to start. There lire no it's and amis, hums uor^ha s about its suiting some cases but not yours. I peddled over a thousand‘bottles of it in the vicinity of Boston. 1 know the effects of it in every j rime. It has already done some of the greatest cures •ever done in Massachusetts. 1 give it to children a ; year old; to old people of sixty. I have some poor, j puny, wormy looking children, whose flesh was soft j nnd flabby, restored to perfect health by one Isittle. To those who ore subject to the sick headache, one J bottle will always cure it. It gives great relief in catarrh and dizziness. fSoine who have taken it have boon costive for years, and have been regulated by it. Where the body is sound it works quite easy, but where there is any deraogemeut of the functions of nature, it will cause vary singular feelings, but you must not 'be alarmed ; they always disnp|xmr in from four days to a week. There is never a bad result from it; on the contrary, when that fouling l» gone, you will-fool yomsclf like u new |ieison. J heard some of the most extravagant encomiums of it that ever -man listened to. No change of diet ever necessary. Rat the best you can get, and enough of it Price i 1 per bottle. This j Institution, with other Seminaries for both sexes, c-s j tablished here, of a deservedly high repu*ation. is 1 accessible by railroad in live hours from New York. { and in three hours from the cities of Hartford, New j Haven and Bridgeport. The remarkable beauty of Litchfield, its pure air and mmmtain scenery, its literary celebrity, its proverbial hodthfnines*. and its entire exemption from ail places of idle and dv'ripatcd resort, 1 render it not only a favorite summer retreat for mul- j titudes from the cities and from the South, hut also j a most desirable location for the phyxiral, intellectual '• and moral drilling of youth, and is particularly re commended to those whose constitutions are suffering from the confinement and impure atmosphere of city school-rooms, and from other debilitating inlluences necessarily connected with a city residence.
