Hewitt, Wife of Ellsha Hewitt. Many will read with sorrow of the death of Mrs. Harriet T. Hewitt, be loved wife of Elisha Hewitt, which oc curred yesterday at her beautiful home, 226 York street. She had beon in Im paired health for a year or two past due to heart trouble, and In a sudden attack of the disease she passed away. Dr. 0. T. Osborne of 252 York street, her attending physician, was summon ed but she was beyond medical aid. She leaves her husband, who was for many years a prominent Chapel street druggist, and two brothers, Arthur Wright, a lawyer formerly practising in this city, and Paul Wright. Her fa ther was the late Colonel Dexter R. Wright, who was first colonel of the old 15th C. V. and afterward for many years was a leading New Haven law 1 yer and for soma years corporation . counsel of New York. The deceased was a woman of education and refine ment and of very lovable traits of character. Y. M. C.. A. MEETING FOR MEN. Bunnell's New Haven Theater, 3:45 To-morrow Afternoon.
