Eut tied an Ordiufnee in Revision of the Ordi ances of ihediy , f Phoenix, and to Estublish Piovision for the Government of neid City The Common Coun' il of Phoenix do ordain as follows: Section 1-That section i of chaDter 1, article 1, of an ordinance entiiled An Ordinance m Revision of the Ordinances of the City of Phcenix, and to establish provision for the gov ernment of said city dp. ind the same is hereby amended to read a follows: It shall be unlawful for any minor to visit, hang around or loiter in or about any bawdy house, billiard room, drinking saloon, bar or other place where intoxicating liquors are sold. 8KO 2 Subdivision H of fectionlof urticlel of chapter , be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Riding or driving any animal through the streets at a rate of speed exceeding six miles per hour. That section 3 of chapter 1 of article 1 be amended to read as follows: Sec. 8 Every person who shall esrry on the business of laundry c wash house within the limits of that part of the lity heretofore resig nated and set apart as fire limits under ordi nance No. 70. entitled "An ordinance to amend section 1 of ordinance o. 44, en tided an ordi nance to provide for the protection of persons and property in the city of Phcenix from damage by fire,'" shall be guilty of amis demeanor, and all such laundries and wash houses are hereby declared to be a nuisance. Sec. 4 All ordinances and parts of rdinances in conflict with this ordinance are herebj re pealed. This ordinance shall tace effect from and after its passage and publication as by law re quired.
