Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Phoanix, Maricopa county, Arizona territory, that the original assessment roll of the said city of Phoenix for the fiscal year be ginning July 1, 1895, and ending June 30, 1896, has been duly filed in my office, and is now ready and open for pub ic inspection. Notice is further given that the Board of Equalization of the said City of Phoenix will convene in the council chamber at the City Hall of said city on the second Monday in September, 1895, at 10 a. m., and will continue in session from day to day thereafter until the business presented to it is disposed of: sitting, however, not later than Sept. 24, 3895, except that at the first regular meeting of the Common Council of the Citv of Phoenix, in October, 1895, persons not attending the Baid Board of Equalization meetings in September aforesaid, may, on making satisfactory affidavit that they had not notice of increase of valuation in property as assessed to them in 1895, be then heard thereon by said Boaid.
