Nunez has a small herd of goats which have been annoy ing the Morales family and the latter legan scaring them away with a gun. Nunez Injected himself into the quar rel by the use of another gun and the Morales artillery was later turned in his direction. No one was hurt. Just 'fa Paeo, the mother of Nunez, was ar rested on the same charge, biu was discharged.
