Washington St. 127-133 East Adams St. REMEMBER THE "WHITE HORSE IN FRONT. CSottag H s verbal contract: A. It. Chenoweth, t rancher living north of town, fur nished pasture to F. L. Brill for a number of cattle at seventy-five cents per head per month. Mr. Brill finally told him the pasture was too short, when Mr. Chenoweth a Breed to fur nish him with hay at $3.50 per ton. This was satisfactory and Mr. Brill began using the hay. When the time for .settlement came Mr. Chenoweth presented a bill for $118.40. having charged for the pasture and the hay both. Mr. Brill claimed to owe but $f8.50. Mr. Chenoweth brought suit in Justice Gray's court and secured judg ment for $71 and costs.
