Health often balances between these two questions. Life itself may depend on the precise filling of a prescription with drugs of absolute standard strength. Many druggists who fill prescriptions carefully are not so careful about the reliability or potency of the remedies used. We are careful about both. ' We see to it that all our drugs have the pre cise strength they should have, and they are always compounded with scientific accuracy. Larson Drug Co. Only about one-third of the receipts for the Tune just passed were from articles of incorporation. A BUSY DAY Justice Burnett's court was not altogether devoid of bus iness yesterday. The peace officers had been busy Saturday night and Sunday. X. Gonzales. Y. Sines, S. Lopez, E. Cota and C. Castillo were each sent to jail for seven days for drunkenness and disturbance of the peace. L. M. Mc Mahon had the money and was allowed to pay a fine of $7. The same privilege was granted J. Koeh mer, for the past four years the man ager of the (Joodman pharmacy, and since the purchase of that store by the Larsen Drug company acting in the same capacity, has resigned his posi tion to accept the position of manager of the Miller drug store. Mr. Boehmer assumed his new duties yesterday. There are few pharmacists in the city who have, by their courteous treatment of patrons and careful attention to their wants, built up so large an ac quaintance as has Mr. Boehmer. His ability to attend to the wants of his customers is based largely on the fact that he was for years in. the drug bus iness, before coming to Arizona, as the proprietor and manager of a large drug establishment in Cincinnati. He has been west a little over five years. His THE ii, h. McNeil go, Wholesale and Retail Dealers in Fireworks, Flags, Firing Canes, Etc. 126 and 128 West Washington St., .PHOENIX. A CORONER S- INQUEST Francis co, an old man, died alone in an adobe yesterday morning on West Jackson Btreet. He was suffering from tuber culosis and there was no doubt thnt death was the result of natural causes. Yet he had not had the services of a physician at any time during his ill ness, so that his death had to be given a form of regularity in order that the body might find interment in the pot ter's field. Lopez was fifty-three years of age and had lived most of his life in Phoenix. BACK, BACK, BACK TO BALTI MORE Cass Rede will left last night for Baltimore, Md., where he will visit his brother, Dr. Francis Redewill, for some time, after which the two young men will move around to various east ern resorts for a time. No objection being offered in any quarter, the levy was unanimously ordered to be made. There was a general discussion, last ing about an hour, of the subject of the piioriiy water right lawsuit. Judge Kibbey, counsel for the association, was present and outlined the status of the suit, ire said that summonses had beeif prepared for a large number of the defendants, and he was ready to order their ''issuance-whenever it was thought the time had come to do so. The finances of the association were found to be in good condition and some money in the treasury. Most of the delinquent members of the association, those who had not paid their last year's assessment, have come in since the formal legal publication of the notice to delinquents. There are yet a few who have not come forward, and they will have until July 9 to pay up. It is hoped that everyone will be in by that time, for non-payment leaves a cloud on the title to the property, and no fur ther entanglements are desired on any man's farm. Furthermore, the man who owns a farm can make no better investment than to keep in good stand ing with the Water I'sers' association. Vho do you think is conducting the best drug store in Phoenix?
