restlessness, melancholia, pains

indicate that the kidneys are
affected and weakened, needing
tonic treatment.
The very best physician

the symptoms, in which case let
the following simple, inexpen

important results are ex;cctcd from a
lengthy examination of Mine. Steinheil
which has been fixed for tomorrow and
then the magistrate will decide from
the evidence whether a "reconstruc
tion" of crime in the presence of Mme.
Steinheil will be necessary.
Extraordinary precautions are" being
taken in view of a possible . hostile

early hour and will be kept hence
forth in the conciergerie.
It is announced tonight that Mme.
Steinheil's counsel, M. Aubin, will re

for this is that he took it up prior
to the criminal indictment but that
he now prefers to turn it over to a
special assize court advocate, as he
is not versed in that class of work.

AGAINST FRANK GOULD
His Wife is as Considerate as Possible
Toward the Co-respondents.
New York, Nov. 30. When argu

complaint of Helen Kelly Gould
against Frank J. Gould, in her case for
a divorce, were heard before Justice
Seabury today, the attorneys for Mrs.
Gould declined to give the names of
several alleged co-respondents, her at

the defendant was trying to obtain all
the publicity possible In the case, which
was just what the plaintiff wife did
not want.
Clauses were read describing the
persons as co-respondents, and giving
the places where the acts complained
of bv Mrs. Gould are alleged to have

North Sydney and Paris was another.
In Paris, adjoining or connecting
rooms were alleged to have been oc

AVOID
SURE
The recent financial panic brought to light many good illustrations
of the possibility of being ruined by a "sure thing." .Scores of people
lost their money on what they were led to believe wece perfectly solid
investments that were "sure to win."
There are vast multitudes of people living in poverty; many of
them homeless and even without the ordinary necessities of life, just
because they could not resist the temptation to gamble, to risk enough
to make them comfortable in some get-rich-quick scheme, which they
'were told was a "sure thing,"
Put your savings into Phoenix real estate. It is no gamble. It
Is a legitimate, profitable investment
