ORDINANCE NO. 1 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FLANS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK EIGHTY-ONE OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF PHOENIX, Be It rdalned By the Commission of The City of Phoenix, as follows: Section 1. That the plans prepared by the City Engineer for the im provement of the alley in Block Eighty-one (81) of the Original Townslte of Phoenix, and on file in the office of the City Engineer In Book Two (2) of Street Improve ment Plans on Page Fifty-nine (69) are hereby adopted . as the official plans tor the improvement of said alley. The grades shall be at the eleva tions shown on these plans. The width and location of the roadways Bhall be as shown on these plans. Section 2. A duplicate copy of these plans shall be filed with the City Recorder and kept on file In this office. Section 3. JULY TWENTIETH "' " , 1914. for the purchase ot forty (40) Dis trict Number Thirty-three School Bonds, with accrued Interest Bald Bonds being In denomination of Five 4 Hundred Dollars. each, amounting in the aggregate to the sura of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) and bearing interest at the rate of not exceeding six per cent per annum, payable semi-annually. Said bonds to be dated August first, 1914, and payable twenty years from the date thereof.
