The old-time mixture of Sage Tea
-and Sulphur lor darkening gray,
streaked anil faded hair is grandmoth
er's treatment, and folks are again us
ins it to keep their hair a good, even

are living in an age when a youthful

It is veiy popular because nobody can
discover it has been applied. Simply
moisten your comb or a soft brush with
it and draw this through your hair,
taking one small strand at a time; by
morning the gray hair disappears, but

PHOENIX, as follows:
Section 1. That the Atchison. To
peka and Sanla Fe Railway Com
pany, a corporation or its assigns,
is' hereby granted the privilege and
permission to lay. construct, main
tain and operate, a spur or sidetrack
to begin at a point at the south side
of Jackson Street 100 feet west of
the west line of Seventh Street
thence running in a northeasterly di
rection to a point lo feet south of
the north line of Jackson Street and
then running east and connecting
w ith present track at or near the east
line of Ninth Street, as indicated by
blue, print attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section 2. That said track shall
be laid on the established grade of
said street and shall be used, laid,
maintained and operated subject to
all ordinances, rules, and regulations
now in force and effect or that here-
