Brisbois yes terday issued instructions to his offi cers to shoot all unlicensed dogs found running at large. Many complaints have been received recently of children being bitten by stray dogs and Chief Brisbois recognized that stringent means must be adopted to meet the sit uation. PAROTTE LOCATED In The Re publican yesterday announcement was made that a brother of Andrew I. Pa rotte, had written from Memphis, Tenn., asking information of his whereabouts. Shortly after 8 o'clock Parotte appeared at the police station and announced he was comfortably lo cated at Park View and had simply neglected to communicate with his brother since arriving here. EN ROUTE TO EXPOSITIONS Mrs. Mary K. Horbach and daughter. J. Marie Horbach. who reside near Cleveland, Ohio, arrived in Phoenix Monday morning. SOME BAY HORSE Policeman Behr yesterday proved himself some thing of a horseman when he appre hended an almost "outlaw" bay horse on West Jefferson street. After half an hour he succeeded in placing the unruly steed in the city corral. An hour later word was telephoned toft the police station that the horse had escaped and was a fugitive. As Behr had no means of knowing the where abouts of the animal he gave it up as a bad job. The music at all times in these meetings has been fine, but last night Mr. Pfaffenberger arranged for two choirs. The regular choir was so much larger than usual that the lofts could not accommodate the singers l ne iirst inree row s or seats, in front of the pulpit, were filled with boys and girls of the. Sunday school, who sang so beautifully and earnest ly, that the congregation could not refrain from freely cheering the children. Mr. Pfaffenberger sang, "Is the Sa vior Who. Loves You Yours?"
