That the Atchison, To peka and Santa Fe Railway Com pany, a corpora tion, or its assigns, is hereby granted the privilege ald pormi'isioiir to lay, construct, f main tain and operate, . a. spur or side track on Harrison Street, beginning at a point Seventy feet (70') east of the East line of Ninth Avenue and Eight feet (S") south of tile north line of Harrison Street, anil running lience due easterly along Harrison Street to the center of Fifth Ave nue, as indicated by blue-print at tached hereto and made a part hereof.
