Round Trip To I eOOSEVELI SHORT TERM LEASE OF PHOENIX AND EASTERN On the ground that conditions might arise before its expiration which would embarrass the commis sion, the corporation commission yes terday refused to approve the pro posed twenty-year lease of the Phoe nix and Kastern by the Arizona Kastern Railroad company. The commission suggests in its or der that the property be leased for term of not more than two years. or for one year with a provision to automatically extend the term for periods of one year.
