On this lease the TEXAS CONTROL will immediately drill. This is termed an "OFFSET" well and will be approximately 1,000 feet from the BIG MAGNOLIA GUSHER. THE HAYDEN BURK lease as mentioned above, in the Hardin tract, one of the most famous tracts in the district. REMEM BER, GILLILAND NO. 17 IS IN THE HARDIN TRACT. THE ADAMS IS IN THIS TRACT and many of the other large pro ducers. Here the Texas Control is actually drilling, and HERE they expect to bring in their first BIG WELL UNDER THE NEW CONSOLIDATION. The TEXAS CONTROL would not sell its interest in this lease for a QUARTER MILLION DOL LARS. 5-ACRE LEASE known as the "HAYDEN BURK LEASE" in the W. C. MYERS tract in Proven Territory. This lease is" known as the "HAYDEN BURK No. 2." WE VALUE this 5 acres at $10,000 per acre. 2-ACRE LEASE known as the NETTLE CROWELL LEASE ON THE FAMOUS VAN CLEAVE TRACT just east of Burk burnett townsite "offsetting" the MARINE HOLDINGS, EX ACTLY 173 FEET FROM THE MARINE WELL. The MA RINE COMPANY returned its stockholders on a basis of 1700 in profits. At the time MR. NETTLE and MR. CROWELL bought this lease it was the "highest priced acreage in the Burkburnett Field." This lease is now operated by the TEXAS CONTROL COMPANY. SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS was refused at one time for this lease. It could not be purchased today for ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. FORTY-ACRE LEASE in Eastland County, Ranger Field, one mile and a quarter south of the "BARNSDALE" WELL, which has received so much comment lately through the press. This BARNSDALE well made a showing of 600 feet of OIL. IT WILL PROVE, WE BELIEVE, TO BE A BIG WELL. This lease was secured by Mr. Nettle two years ago, and when the BARNSDALE well "comes in" this lease should be worth $2,500 an acre at least at a minimum figure. An 80-ACRE LEASE five miles southeast of Burkburnett, where we are now drilling. This well is now down 700 feet and haa passed THROUGH A SAND AT 600 FEET. This would make a SHALLOW PAYING WELL. We are drilling deeper, however, for the BIGGER FLOW. On this 80-acre lease there is room for 80 WELLS. This 80-acre tract is known in the district as ONE OF MR. COX'S MOST VALUABLE HOLDINGS, and ex act estimation of the value of this lease is HARD TO DETER MINE. With ample money which the TEXAS CONTROL will have for drilling this 80 ACRES ALONE should PAY 100 on the Company's entire capitalization. 20 ACRES DEEDED LAND not a lease in the Eleetra Field surrounded by production and yalued by the TEXAS CONTROL at over $20,000.00. This twenty acres is capable of handling TWENTY PAYING WELLS. We are now offering to drilling companies drilling sites on this 20 acres on a "FIFTY-FIFTY" basis. TEXAS CONTROL has one-seventh royalty in ONE PRODUCING WELL in Block 2, L t S addition to the town of Burkburnett. This Company CONTROLS a valuable one-fourteenth carried royalty in another producing well in the same block, and in ad dition the TEXAS CONTROL has two other derricks "up" in the same block and DRILLING is starting. The TEXAS CON TROL will, receive a one-seventh royalty from these two wells where PRODUCTION IS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN. The TEXAS CONTROL has a one-fourth royalty in the GIRARD OIL COM PANY which now has a well on the sand in the townsite of Burkburnett, NEAR THE SCHOOLHOUSE. IOWA PARK The TEXAS CONTROL will have a five-acre lease in absolutely proven territory on which the COMPANY WILL DRILL. This is located in the heart of the best IOWA PARK PRODUCTION. The TEXAS CONTROL has in addition a 2,000-ACRE LEASE in Donnelly County west of Eleetra. There are now in the neighborhood several deep well tests now going down. The present valuation of this lease is $20.00 an acre $40,000.00. The TEXAS CONTROL has its own drilling rig and equipment, one of the most complete in the State and valued at $20,000.00. Mr. Cox is now negotiating on behalf of the Company for TWO STANDARD RIGS TO DRILL IN THE RANGER FIELD. The TEXAS CONTROL has acquired 1,100 acres of leases near TUCUMCARI, New Mexico, in the counties of QUAY and UNION, near where there are some deep test wells now being drilled. Mr. Cox made the statement to a number of brokers that he would bank his reputation on his statement that in QUAY and" UNION Counties, New Mexico, there will be ONE OF THE GREATEST OIL FIELDS in the history of the -world. Mr. Cox is personally watching this new field and as soon as tests now being made warrant it,' will select a drilling site and begin drill ing for the TEXAS CONTROL Company. New Mexico, has been characterized as a "Wild Cat," but the confidence of the public is best demonstrated by the daily bids of over DOUBLE PAR for W. W. COX while VALLEY OIL actually sold at ABOVE PAR on the EL PASO EXCHANGE. f The undersigned Brokers OFFER (sub ject to prior sale) 20,000 shares of the first allotment.
