Her reasons were as follows: 'Makes lightest, most appetizing, ( wholesome, digestable, nutritious, hak ing of bread, cakes, etc. Dependable ' and uniform, sweet and lure. Econom ical and healthful. Mother uses Calumet Baking Jowder for her cake." Another reply of interest was that of little Bonitta Stewart of 1149 East Mc Kinley street, but she had too many words. Her reasons were as follows: "It said to tell you why mother irked the Calumet Baking Powder the best. I don't know just why only I guess it's because she makes such good cakes and things with it. I know once my grandpa come to see us and he eat lots of cakes, lots more than me or my sis ter did and mother said why Dad yon will be sick eating so much cake and he said, Well I never tasted such good cake in all my life and grandpa is awful old and he must have tasted lots of cakes, but when he said that one moth er made was the best he ever did eat, I think that says a whole lot for Calumet j Baking Powder, cause I know she usd I that. She don't never get any other i kind." i Among the answers received besides I a large number from Phoenix were a number from Hillside, Glendale, Ray, lempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Roosevelt. So will the United States- lose the trade of tin countries to which she sells but from which she does not buy.
