COX' VISIT Large delegations from Nogales, Yuma, Tucson, Graham county, Green lee county, Florence and Pinal county, Globe, Miami and Prescot have been announced as preparing to attend the program outlined for Governor Cox here tomorrow, according to Con P. Cronin, of the committee of arrange ments of the Maricopa County Cox Roosevelt club. These localities have already sent definite word that they will be in Phoenix tomorrow, and it is believed by the committee that delega tions will also come from many, other sections of the state. The ox party will be met by the com- STATE ID COUNTY TAXES ARE NOW DUE State and county taxes for 1920 are now due and payable, according to a statement issued yesterday by Vernon L. Wright, deputy county treasurer. The tax rolls for the year 1920-1921 were turned over to the county treas urer yesterday morning by the board of supervisors for collection. The first installment of the taxes is now due and will become delinquent on November 1, 1920. The second installment of taxes will be due on March 7, 1921, Mr. Wright said, and will become delinquent on May 2, 1921. The total tax may be paid, Mr. Wright stated, now instead of pay ing only half of it if so desired by the taxpayer. The taxes now due include both assessments on real property and personal property. If allowed to become delinquent, 4 per cent is added to the amount as sessed as a penalty and interest at the rate of 10 per cent per annum is added until the amount is paid.
