M. f|Cj“ Con*umptim\—The follow ing remarks were taken from the last iiiimltcr of (lie Medical Magazine:. “ I he siirnrising effert produced by Dr. Taylor’s Balsam of Liverwort, in consumptive ruses, cannot fail exciting a deep and thrilling interest throughout the world. We have so long lielieved this disease (consumption) incurable, ft)at it is difficult to credit our senses when we see persons evidently consump tive, restored to health. Yet this is a fuct of daily occurrence; how then can we question the virtue of the alwive medicine? Iu our next, we shall l>e more explicit; meantime we hope physicians will make trial of this medicine aud report Its effort to us.” Ndt.—The originnl and genuine Taylor’i Balsam of Liverwort is made and sold at 375 Bowery. To Fsmale*,— -Thq ntmdier of females in delicate hoalth in this city is truly surprising. Weakness, loss of appetite, liver complaints, and many other dis eases prey upon them, making tlicrti pale and lean of flesh. Alj this call l»e remedied by the use of strengthcniiig mCify'ctqe, that will assist nature in all her movements', rtfstWe tones to the nerves and mus cular organs. Of mis kivd is Dr. Taylor’s Balsam of Liver wore, which Rclng mild and purely vegetable, answers females H<lfa*irably. If all will use it, we are confident an tOdsflfc good appetite, ami rud dy checks will folio*- Once more remember, the ,w»nal and genuine **• inude at 375 Bowery. OO* Spitting »r Moon.—t nts rttfMie consists of a discharge of blood, often frothy, from the mouth, brought up by hawking and cougfiiog, aud is usually accompanied with difficulty ol breathing, and some pain in the chest. .Sometimes it is preceded by an oppression at the chest, a dry tickling cough and High shooting pains. This disease is always more or Tom dangerous The great danger is, that those symptoms may terminate in Consumption, and imme diate remedies can alone save this end. But Dr. Tay lor’s Balsam of Liverwort is a sure remecy, and to show its unparalleled success, certificates of cures from 121 citizens, and many physicians, will be pub lished in a few days. ty&Nenmts Disease* and Weakness.—Dr.Tayloi'i Balsam of Liverworthy made at 375 Bowety, is as suredly au excellent remedy for these diseases My wife has lieen more or less ill for ten years. She was extremely nervous, and at times so weak that she could not attend to ln*r domestic duties. But by the use uf Cilia medicine, her strength is wholly restored, and she is as healthy as I can wish her to be. My address is at Dr. Taylor’s office. Cure of Consumption.—Mrs.Martin, a worthy niein •*er of my congregation, was taken ill some time since with a cold, pain iu tlie tateast and some diffi culty of breathing, aud iu a few days thereafter' she had a violent cough and violent pams in the sides, which no medicine would relieve. She continued in this way for a long time under the medical care pf Dr.Rea, but finally became consumptive, and was evidently near tlm end of her earthly sufferings, when her brother persuaded her to try Dr. Taylor’s Bal sam of Li verwort. When Hie commenced this medi cine, it did not seem to agree with her fora few days, lait by lessening the dose, she found it answer admi rable; it releived her cough and her difficulty of breathing iustauter: and we had the pleasure of wit I uossing her rapid recovery to health.
