in front of the court house, on the 5lh day of April
next—All that parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the county of Mobile, containing eighty-three 17
101) acred, lieing a fractional section bounded south
by the Orange Grove tract of land, commencing at
the point of intersection of the northern line of said
tract ami the western line of the Laurent plantation
and extending westwardly oil the north line of Or
ange Grove beyond its termination: bounded cast by
the Laurent plantation, and included within the wes
tern line of said Laurent plantation, the northern line
of tho Orange Grove tract, and the sectional lines of
various small tracts of forty acres, laid off by the
government of the United Stales, all of which will
more fully appear by reference to the map of the
township nuiiilier four of range one west.

longing to the Orange Grove Cbmpany, including all
the lands included in a trust need to Calvin Norris,
James Magee and Tims. VV. McCoy, and which have
not lieen before this time laid off'and sold by (lie said

and the said undivided interest kereby conveyed to be
subject to the uses and trusts of the said deed, and a
right, title, interest and claim in the one forty-eighth
part of all the lands in the Orange Grove tract and

under no circumstances will there he a departure

mental and polite education. Lessons will be given
on the guitar, piano and harp by Mrs. Wright, and in
the other branches of the ornamental department by
a lady who has been for several years a highly ap
proved teacher in the celebrated Troy female remi
Vocal mnsicwill be taught to the school according
to the system of Mr. Lowell Mason, of Boston, with
out additional charge.
The academic will consist of two consecutive ses
sions, qnd thus^ftrd an opportunity to the pupils to
be absent from -ffie city during the sickly sugfcier
