and real estate of said Joseph Ruby, as follows, viz:
the Negroes Willi, Tony, Isaac, Sally and her three
children; Household Furniture; as also, a tract of
Land lying on Bayou Coden, in Mobile county, cm
tuining about 300 acres; also a tract of Laud at Fill
ton, containing about 48 acres, being the residence
of the late Joseph Ruby.
