ASLENDID PLANTATION situated tn Mon roe county, and on the Alabama river, about seven miles above Claiborne. This Plantation extend* almut three miles on the river, and contains about 2000 acres of good Land, 650 of which are cleared for cultivation. Nearly three miles from the river upon piney wood land, it has a handsome and well finished dwelling house, containing eight rooms, a hall uud piazzas. The house has all the necessary out houses and gardens around it, and has as good a spring ef water in the rear as can be found in the Stale. The Plantation has upon it a blacksmith's and wheelwright's shop, with all the necessary tools for both. It has a woodyard with two fiats, a ginltousc ami gins, a grist mill, ull the necessary burin ami storehouses, and a good rungu lor cattle, with al; the necessary farming utensils. The negro quarters have all the necessary build* mgs. The pine wood settlement on this plantation is one of the healthiest in the Slate. The wood taui and woodyard Hre the best upon the river. There will also he sold with the Plantation fronr 80 to 100 Negroes, males and females, among which are over 50 working hands.
