The capital stock is $100,000 divided into 1,000 shares at $100 each. The term of ex istence is 50 years and the principal place of business, Silver City. The board of commissioners of Col fax County met In regular session at Raton last week and considered bids for the construction of an addition to the county jail. The board awarded the contract to the Pauly Jail Building and Manu facturing Company for the complete improvements at the price as given above. BERNALILLO IS NOW THE COUNTY SEAT. Bernalillo is now the county seat of Sandoval County and the books and other accessories for county govern ment were on Friday removed from Sandoval to the new county capital. The thirteenth annual convocation of the Episcopal Church for the mis sionary district of New Mexico, in cluding Texas west of the Pecos River, will meet in St. Luke's Church at Deal ing on Thursday, May 11th.
