SECURING JURY FOR MURDER TRIAL | The work of securing a jury in the 'apaneso murder case is still occupy ing the attention of the district court. Ed. Woods, James Fitzgerald, R. A. f. C.alvos, E. C. Carpenter and J. H. King were taken from the regular pa nel. A special venire of 15 was sum moned from which Z. M. Bradford, E. G. Trentow, W. G. Powers and C. F. Cheek were chosen; a second special venire yielded but one, A Roche; ai third special venire of ten was made returnable at two o'clock this after noon.
