KILLED AT BASKETBALL PINE BLUFF, Ark., Feb. 7. ? Sam Johnson, eighteen, member of the senior class of the Pine Bluff high school, met a tragic death while play ing basketball In the Y. M. C. A. gymnasium here yesterday. He ran against a team mate and the jolt threw him through an open window, pitching him thirty feet to a concrete pavement below. His skull was fractured and he died several hours later at the Davis hospital NO SENTENCE IMPOSED Judge Overfield today in calling the case of the Alaska Soda Bottling Works, that pleaded guilty to the charge of selling liquor without a li cense, said that he would not impose i sentence on the defendant because they had shown in their pleadings that there was no intent to evade the law md that'no further infractions would pccur.
