Chas. Debord Dead.
I’has. Debord, who has been a ivoident of Valdez for several years, tied at eight o’clock yesterdav evening of heart, failure. He had Ven slightly indisposed for Rev •ral days and retired early yester iay evening. Vfr. Debord had a host of friends in the community and the news of ids death was received with regret l>v everyone. The body will he kept here until telegrams regarding his people in Fort Worth, Texas, are answered, and if no relatives can V found the remains will be ♦ hipped to Seattle for interment.
