This group of men have dubbed themselves "THE FELLOWS", who seek to study and' Improve the conditions of our community. There is an informal air always after a delicious meal while they discuss events of the area. Ha has lived in Phoenix for 30 years in his legislative District 8. He knows the problems of the area and his people because he has been their life-long neighbor and friend. Mr. Slme was one of the first Negro legislators elected to the House of Representatives. He has been returned to the House of Representatives by an over whelming number of votes for four terms.
