Photo-Bobby Heard JAMAICA TO GET UN AID IN 1963 KINGSTON - Jamaica will get 100,000 pounds ($280,000) in technical aid from the United Nations next year. An announce ment said the UN would estab lish an office in Kingston. POST OFFICE NEWS Mrs. Gertrude Lynch Houchant 936 W. Grant, a postal employee at the main branch, suffered a stroke recently. She is recuper ating at home. Mrs. Fay Henry Ross, 1221 So. Ninth Avenue, a postal em ployee is recuperating in Los Angeles. She underwent surgery several weeks ago. Mr. James E.
