per cent, of silver assay value.
Lead Ores, assaying over $100 and under
$150, 72 per cent, of silver assay value.
Lead Ores, assaying over $150 and under
$200, 75 percent, of silver assay value.
Lead—25 cents will be paid for each par
cent, over 30.
Smelting charges—12# per ton.
ConporOres—same rate at Lead Ores, with
an additional ebage of $5 per ton for smelt
N otbing allowed for Lead contained in Cop
per Ores.
Ores of higher and lower grades—rates by
special agreement.
The Company ate prepared to purchase all
descriptions of Ore that will pay for smell
