May, A. D. l«v, and to me directed and deliv
ered for a judgment rendered in said court on
the 19th day of June, A. D. 1879, in favor of P.
N. Hansen, plaintiff, and against Philip Paroni.

to and Adrian Andrencetti. defendants, for the
sum of three hundred and two and 65-100
(*302 65) dollars in United States gold coin,
costs, with interest thereon at the rate of 10
per cent, per annum in like gold coin till paid,
together with four dollars accruing costs. I
have on this, the 1-th day of May. A. D. 1880,
levied on the following described property be
longing to defend ante, and more particularly
described ss follows, to wit: That certain
wood and timber ranch known as and called
the Paroni or Daney ranch, being the
same recovered by Paroni in the case of Paroni
vs. Daney aud Ellison, located about seventeen
miles west of Alpha station, E. k P R. 8., sod
bounded on the east, south and west by the
ranch of P. N. Hansen, in Eureka county, Htate
of Nevada. Notice ia hereby given that on

tween the hours of 9 o’clock a. m. and 5 o’clock

will,in obedience to said execution, sell all the
