You are hereby required to appear in an ao tion commenced against you as defendant, by John E. Jones, J. D. Sullivan, J. H. Sullivan and Ed. The said action is brought to recover Judg ment against you the said defendant, for the possession, restitution and recovery of that certain premises and mining ground known as the Enterprise mine or mining claim,situated on the east side of Prospect Mountain, in Eureka Mining District, Eureka County, Nevada, from the poas< salon whereof plaintiffs allege you have unlawfully and wrongfully ejected them ; and also, for the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) damages for the withholding of aaid premises, and for costa of auit. All of which will more fully appear by reference to the com plaint on file in thia action, to which refer ence is hereby made. And you are hereby notified, that If you fail to appear and answer the said complaint aa above required, the aaid plaintiff will pray the Court for the relief demanded in aaid complaint.
