Resolved, That the Judges of each Election Precinct forward to Thomas Haley, Secretary of the County Central Committeeat Eureka, Nevada, the returns of the election so held; of the number of votes east for each person voted for, aud that the Secretary and Chairman of said Committee shall canvass the returns so made aud issue the proper credentials to each Delegate elected. Resolved, That the names of the Delegates in each Precinct to be elected to the State Con vention be printed upon the same ticket as the Delegates to the County Convention, aud that no vote for Delegates to the State Convention be received or counted by the Judges, except those appearing on the same ticket as the Del egates to the County Convention, and that each Precinct vote only for the number of Delegates to the State Convention as herein apportioned for such District.
