It shall be the duly of the Board of School Trustees of each school diatrict in this State, on or before the nrt Monday in Septcui her in each year, to furnish ihe principal of each public school taught in such district with a list of all children, resident in the school district, between the ages of eight and fourteen years; said list to be taken from the report of the School Census Munlial. Hec. 6. All fines collected under the provisions of this Act shall be paid in to the County Treas urer on account of the Stiite School Fund. Sec. 0. It shall be the duty of the County Su perintendent of Public SchoolB In each county in this Stats to cause this law to be published in some newspaper in his county, if any there be, four consecutive times annually for a period of two years; the expetise of such publication to be snowed and paid out of the General School Fund of the county.
