The codi cil raises a bequest of 83.000 made to Mra Hannah Adelia Tilson of Ware house Point, sister of Judge Eggles ton. to 85.000. and gives 825.000 outright to Dr. Jere D. The letter recalls the days In 1867"when the former Alderman was a soldier in the regular army and took part in the campaign against the valiant leader of the Sioux who tried to stop the building of the great steam horse of the pale face in the early days ot the Union Pacific railroad.
