City Hall, -on the Second day of Sep
tember, 1913. and each week dav
thereafter, to and including the First
day of October, 1913, for the purpose
of receiving the sworn lists of all per
sons liable to pay taxes on personal
property (namely, horses, wagons, au
tomobiles,, stock in stores, etc.) and
real estate, in the City of Bridgeport
making a description of all real es
tate, each parcel being separately da
scribed, including street number. And
if he or she shall neglect or refuse to
do so, the Assessors shall fill out a list
for him or her and add thereto ten
per centum of its valuation.
