Notice is hereby given that the un dersigned commissioner, in compliance with the terms of a decree rendered by the Chancery Court for the Os ceola District of Mississippi County, Arkansas, on the 20th day of Septem ber, 1927, wherein J. G. J. Perkins et al., was Plaintiff, and No. 1071 Vina Rixter et al., were Defendants, will sell at public auction to the high est and best bidder, on a credit of three months, at the front door of the Court House, between the hours pre scribed by law, in the City of Osceola, Arkansas, on the 3rd DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1927, the following real estate, to-wit: North Half of the North-East Quarter of Section Twenty-Seven . (27) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty Seven (27); all in Township Ten (10) North and Range Eight (8) East, containing One Hundred Twenty and NoJOO (120) acres, more or less. (This sale will be made subject to a first mortgage in favor of the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis). Said sale will be had to satisfy said decree in the sum of $1978.75, with 10 per cent interest from September 20th, 1927.
