Last Friday night the ladies of our
little city gave an ice cream snpper
at the residence of Mrs. E. E. Bean
for charitable purposes. Quite a
large amount was raised.
Protracted meeting is to begin at
the Methodist church here next Sun
day.
The Presbyterians here met and
organised a church last Fridtiynight.
Many of our citizens are fishing
now. Many fine catches are reported.
Miw Laura Mackey is visiting
friends at Eupora and Grenada this
