The University of Pittsburgh has announced that it will offer courses in the Serbo-Croatian language, beginning in the Fall (September) of 1958. S. Degrees, i.e, it will be a two-year course. The course may also be taken as an elective, by those who have already met the lan guage requirements. This course is available to anyone who has at least a high school diploma. Students that do not work towards a degree would reg ister as a "non-degree". The Kolo Club Marian will spon sor their 4th Annual Picnic at Radocaj's Grounds, in Bres sler, on Friday, July 4. The best in tamburitza mu sic will be rendered by the Holy Trinity Junior Tambur itzans of Ambridge, Pa., a product of the Duquesne Uni versity School of Music. These youngsters will put on their performances at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In between that time music and entertainment will be provided by the Kolo Club Marian group and orches tra. Hot barbecued lamb and other satisfying refreshments will be served from 12:00 noon on. This is an opportunity for all lovers of fine music to see the first appearance by this junior group in the East. Chicago. This is the same site where cross Home. It was also decided, u nanimously, to invite bro. John Ovcarich, Secretary of the CFU Sick and Dis ability Department, to ad dress our guests. This will be his first visit to our colony as a CFU offi cial, at which time he will speak on various problems of the Society, the present new membership campaign, and further advise those who have not changed over to the New Sick Benefit Plan.
