FEATHERS.—The transactions are still confined to small sales. HOWARD STREET FLOUR.—The market since nur last weekly report has been rather quiet. On Saturday, sales of 600 bids, were made at$4.25, and 200 bbls. at $1 121. On Monday, sales of 5U0 bbls. were made at $1.25.
