Kich’tl Moseley, dec’ll, in the county of Powhatan, (seven miles below the court-house, and one mile south of the Flat Rock Tavern,) on Thursday the 15>th day of April next, (that being the day after April Powhatan court,) the tract of land of which the said Moseley died possessed, containing about 520 acres, on which there is a good dwelling house an l all other accessary out houses, suffi cient to accommodate a large family, and a spring of ex cellent water in the yard. This is a healthy and desirable situation. The land lies well, about one*fourth in woods, ami the cleared land tresh and in good heart for cultivation, within 25 miles ot the city of Richmond.—A credit until tho 8th day of February, 1832, will be given for one-half of tho purchase money; and for the balance, a credit un til the 8th day of February, 1831, the purchaser giving bonds with approved security, and a deed of trust on the land,to secure their payment.—At tho same time and Elacc, will bo sold, upon a credit until the Sth day of Te rnary, 1833, twenty-four or twenty-five negroes, consist ing of six men, hoys and girls, women and children, and perhaps as likely as any of tho same number in Virginia, and of good character; the purchaser to give bond with approved security for the payment of the purchase money.
