By an arrival at this port we have later ad
vices from Cuba. The Captain General has
expressed his perfect satisfaction with the af
fidavit of Purser Smith, and has given direc
tions that the Crescent City, with the (hereto
fore) " obnoxious individual,*' Smith, on board,
may now enter the harbor of Havana, with all
the privileges enjoyed before the difficulty.
