Basin, between 10th and 11th streets, now occupied
as a tavern staod, bat admirably adapted to a whole
sale grocery sad commission house. Connected with
the main building it a large building two stories high,

having an a'ley to tbe rrte, belonging exonwfcehf to
this property, running the entire depth thereof. Tho

thick, and the upper story of substantial briek work,
