611, we shall, by the direction of the creditor and
with the consent of the grantor, sell at public auc
tion, on the premise*, on WEDNEBDAY, the 20th
diyof August, 18.56, at 5 o'clock, P. M., that larre
three story brick tenement and two story luu.bar
home in rear, located a* above, having a front cn Ca
nal street of 234 feet, running back 140 feet, to an
alley 15 feet wiJe. The location of th s property (on
the Basin bank,) renders it a desirable stand for a
Wholesale Store or Commission House, or for s Tav
ern, for which latter purpose it has been occupied
for several years past. The title is believed to be
good, but the trustee* will convey wi:h the usual
special warranty. The deed requires a cash sale, but
it is probable that on thi day ot sale an arrangement
