They preserve a perfectly smooth and even surface. They do not stretch, rarely require tightening more than once, will always run straight and with a perfect bearing on the pulleys, (by which we believe a power of 20 per cent is gained over the beat leather Belts;) will stand heat of 300 degrees of Farenheit and any degree of cold, and can be run in wet places or exposed to weather without injury. They are therefore invaluable for Saw Mills, Cot ton Gins, Mines, Grain Elevators and all ex posed places. We furnish Belts of any length or width, but none are made, unless specially ordered, of more than i 4 inches wide. We keep constantly oo hand a large stock, and orders by mail or Telegraph will receive prompt attention. Small oiders as carefully execu ted as the largest. All the Belts sold by us are warranted (except crnss-belts for which we do not recommend them) and it is worthy of note that we have had but three returned in fifteen years. N.
