Chickahominy river, 12 roiies east of Richmond,

ard oat»; 7S acres of the uncleared lani is mud and
island land, and is as rich as any land in Eastern Vir
ginia, and Is heavily timbered with ash, maple and
oak of the finest quality, which renders It more val

cation is remarkably healthy; as a proof of this fact,
1 have resided on said farm for the last fifteen years
with a large family and not a single ease of bilious

length of time The dwelling honse is a two story
wood building, fifty two feet long and twenty feet
wide, with a twelve feet passage, containing four
rooms and is not ia good repair; but, with a little ex
pense, can be rendered very comfortable. Tbereisa
spring within fifty-yards of tne dwelling house of as
good water as any in eastern Virginia. It is need
