Master Will Newton gave the finest entertainment ever seen at the roller rink, Wednesday evening of this week, and he did it on a bi cycle—and parts of a bicycle. He took the bicycle to pieces and final ly rolled on one wheel with no sup port except the pedals, surrounded by hearty cheers. Geo. Fritz and wife, former one of the proprietors of the spicy and newsy Milnor Teller, came in from Milnor to see Kate Claxton, and vis it friends in Wahpeton and Breck enridge. Mr. Fritz says that Mil nor and the Teller are moving right along in a most satisfactory manner, especially the latter. They return Friday afternoon. Petitt & Clow of Fergus Falls, plumbers, steam and gas fitters, have located in Kotschevar's old post-office building, Dakota Avenue, this city, antfare prepared to make estimates and arrange for putting pipes and water fixtures into those houses of our people desiring the improvement. These gentlemen understand their business thorough ly, and those intending to put in the improvement should call and confer with these men. Abbey's Uncle Tom's Cabin to ap pear at Seely's opera house Friday evening of this week, has met with the hearty approval of the press, clergy and the public in general from east to west. Kra ker and Miss Mary Miksche set for Tuesday of this week, was, of course, postponed for the present on account of the death of little Annie, mentioned in another column. Jo seph Kraker of Albany, Minnesota, brother of the groom Math Kot schevar. Sr., of Millerville, Minne sota, and Miss Bosa Kaus of Fergus Falls, arrived here to attend the wedding festivities, and up to with in a few hours of the wedding every thing appeared perfectly at rights and no one thought of sych a sad thing as the demise of little Annie. However, the gentleman above named departed for their homes in Minnesota the day following the funeral.^ Miss Kaus will remain a few days longer the guest of Miss Mary. Died. At Wahpeton, May I2tli, 18S5, Annie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Miksche of this city, of malaria. Mr. Miksche's family seems most unfortunate, within the past three years, having buried four children. Little Annie had not, probably, fully recovered from the diphtheria of last year, when other disease seems to have taken hold of her, she having been more or less ill for several months, but just prior to her death was about the house and out for drives with members of the family. Indeed, little Annie was called away on the very day for which was set the wedding cere mony of her sister, Miss Mary, and we now have to report a funeral service, instead of a wedding cere mony.
