Notice is hereby given that a mass convention of the democratic vvoters of Richland county, I). 'I'., will be held at the court lion.se in the city of Wahpeton, I). T., 011 the 24th day of April, 1888 at, 2 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of electing six delegates to attend the territor ial convention to he held at Water town, D. "We hereby recommen that a wood and iron combination bridge of 40 foot span, 18 foot piles, and 38 foot approaches be built, across the Antelope Creek on the town line between townships l:]2anc! 1H3, the townships of Danton and Dwight pay for all necessary ap ploach and do all grading. "I would recommend that a wood and iron combination bridge of (i() foot span, with 24 foot piles and 40 foot of approach be built across the Wild Rice river between sections 25 and 26—131—50: the township of Bel ford will pay for all the necessary approaches and do all grading." The bid of Ulrick U. To vote upon the question of bonding the county for the sum of fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) dol lars to be used in building a county jail and sheriff's resi dence, and in remodeling the present court house ballots to have written or printed on them either: "For bonding the county"' or: "Against bonding the county." 2d.
