Msln street and Barbour Avenue, of course, .show the work of masons, car pfnters and graders more than any other for the present. Not less than six new buildings are in different stages of construction today, and at the rate cf speed at which they are going up. these main streets will soon begin to show what is going on at Don Luis. Sir. Barbour was seen last night in re gard to the townslte In general. Ho said "I am very much pleased with the present status of things generally. U was not our expectation that we would do any business in lots in the original townslte today, but as a mat ter of fact, today was the best day's sales we have had since our general snle of a month ago. The sales at the Don Luis townsite yesterday amounted to $6250, and tonight we Irought in cash to Bisbee $3100 as the cash deposits on these lots. The fact of the matter is just this, we are here, und here to build a town at Don Luis. That town will be built, and the peop.e r.;ay depend on it. Of course, we felt that we owed a duty to our lot buyers to protest them, hence the offering of the lots placed on the market at the low price we offered, and these prices vrlll remain at those figures for the next six months, without a penny of ircrease. The building of a town is a business. "The electric line will be built, au rapid transit provided for our people regardless of what may happen, so that our people will be provided tor.
