7 irn PACE SIX. THE BISBEE DAILY REVIEW, BIS BEE, ARIZONA, SATURDAY, MORNI NG, DECEMBER 5, 1903. I1" w V DRESS HINTS. fce New Kasbroldereil Collars an Casls Shirt Waists. Embroidered turnover collars are soli lth cuffs to match. The latest Is a fcemstltched effect with a black and White monogram embroidered In the center. The wide lace cape collars are still enriched with fine embroidery and silk medallions. Dress skirts are lonccr and fnllei than ever for elaborate gowns, but for. Good Aa1er. MMzjr iS '? x HAT OF CILiY TAXXE. street tailor italics the proper length I an Inch from the ground all around. Collarless effects are still seen, but not so much as formerly. Shirt waists of heavy linen and cliov lot will bo worn under tailor made walking suits all winter. The black crepe de chine waist com bincd with tucked black mousseline de sole and chiffon applique Is pretty and th-cssy as well as useful, for It does not soil and it wears forever. Voiles continue to hold first place In cur favor, and in the natural course of events these have developed enormous ly in variety. In addition to the plain qualities, they are now to be had In spots, stripes and woven with a fancy selvage border. The last named fanrv makes up charmingly in triple skin form, the selvage occurring as a fluid) to each and being repeated in a radiat ing yoke for the corsage. The most popular treatment for a plain voile is a sun ray plaited skirt. with a little, flat plaited bolero or blouse the hem of the jupe frequently finished by two narrow ribbon quillings. Hemstitched lawn and lace ruffles are quite the vogue as the finishins note to the wrists of wide open sleevet and are of peculiarly becoming genre They are quite deep and full and tend to impart a fictitious smallness to tfe baud. The cut shows a I :it of gray panne trimmed with a shaded gray feather and two shaded gray tvettes. JUDIC CHOLLET. HOME AND STREET CLOTHES XeHee, Like Drnici, Are Ma-Jc "With FlowInK Sleeve. Negligees, like dresses, are made with long flowing sleeves which fall back, displaying the arm. The favorite sleeve is shirred on the upper arm and from there down becomes a full frill edged with inching. Shirred yokes without (illilSilr ) COSTCMi: OP Or. AY CLOTH. collars are also considered smart, and in general bands of shirring are par ticularly good form in trimming. Some dresses designed for midwin ter have the entire lower half of the skirt made of fur and bands of heavy silk, while a similarly contrived cape with long front tabs gives an air ol chic to the costume. The ideal traveling coat is of soft silk or cloth, with a full capo reaching to the wrist. The length of the coat Is three-quarters. A fine sable stole seen recently was seven inches wide and reached to the bottom of the skirt. It was absolutely flat, the lower edge fringed with sa ble tails. It was worn crossed over at the waist line. French women are fond of the quiet, small, old fashioned black and white, brown and white and dark bine and white shepherd's plaid, made with the trotteuse skirt and a little plain cloth coat of corresponding color. The picture shows a costume of gray cloth trimmed with shirtings and nar tew bands of chinchilla. JUDIC CHOI-LET. The Kid Bun. fatty, run. Yer can ketch him, but de exercise 'II do yo good.
