Restored to Health by Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound
A woman who is sick and suffering, and won't at least
try a medicine which has the record of Lydia E. Pinkham's
Vegetable Compound, is, it would almost seem, to blame
Tor her own wretchedness. Read what this woman says:
Hicliuioixl, Mo. " When my second dmtslifor was eishtcen
months oltl I was pronounced sv hopeless invalid hy .specialists.
I had it consultation of doctors and thcyaid 1 hail a hcv ere cjuso
f ulceration. I -was in bed f or ten it eeks, had sinking spells,
and tvas pronounced to bq in n. danjrerou condition. BIy father
insisted that tto try Lydia E. I'inkham's vgctnulo Compound,
and hroiiKlit me hi.t bottles. I soon Ik'-.ui to improve, and be
fore it had all been taken-1 was as well and htronjj as ever, my
friends hardly recognized mo so great it as the change." 31 rs.
Woodson liranstettcr, ICiclimoiid, Mo.
There are literally hundreds of thousands of women in
the United States who have been benefited by this famous
old remedy, which was produced from roots and herbs over
thirty years ago by a woman to relieve woman's suffering.
Read what another woman says:
tionesboro, Texas. "T have used Lydia K.Pinkham's "Vegeta
ble Compound for myself and daughter, and consider it une
qualled for till female diseases. J would not bo -without It for
anything. I wish ct cry mother in America could be persuaded
to use it as there would be les suffering among our sex then,
lam alvtajs glad to speak a word of praise for Lydia K. Pink
ham's Vegetable Compound, and you are at liberty to use this
testimonial.' Mrs. James T. Lawrence, Joncsbbro, Texas.
Since we guarantee that all testimonials which we pub
lish are genuine, is it not fair to suppose that if Lydia E.
Pinkham's Vegetable Compound had the virtue to help
these women it will help any other woman who is suffering
from the same trouble ?

that her husband had been sentenced

They succeeded in proving that th

Yesterday attorneys for the has

Bomb Signals.
Tho method, which would be em

difficult for tho promoters to de

every minute before ten o'clock and
at the stroke of ten a special start
ing bomb will gjo the signal that
will send the cnUre field into one
of the greatest race ever known. Af
ter the start the contestants are
signalled along tho course by means
of colored flags, each of which bears
some specla meaning which the
drivers understand. The cars will be
started in nine lines of five cars
each, placed at intervals of 100 feet
back of Uio wire.
Scoring a Hard Job

part of man depended upon to aid
